Dr Mark Davey is currently the City Planning Manager / Chief Planner for Hamilton City Council. Mark holds a PhD in Urban Planning from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Planning (first class Hons). Mark’s research interests have focused on urban growth management, housing intensification and affordability. He has held a range of planning roles in both the public and private sector and has undertaken research locally and internationally.
