Larissa Bridge recently became the CEO of Home in Place New Zealand. With over 20 years of experience in property management, Larissa has worked her way up from entry-level positions to senior management, most recently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Home in Place’s Specialist Services Unit in Australia. Under her leadership, Home in Place became the largest provider of Specialist Disability Accommodation in Australia, achieving remarkable outcomes for residents with complex care needs. After four years with Home in Place Australia, Larissa now brings her expertise to New Zealand, where she is committed to continuing the growth of social and affordable housing while fostering strong community connections.

Driven by her core values of integrity and growth, Larissa is excited about the opportunity to make a positive impact in the Aotearoa community housing sector. Her vision is to create homes that are not just places to live, but vibrant spaces that support connection, belonging, and well-being. Larissa believes that by prioritising sustainability, innovation, and collaboration, we can empower tenants, support diverse lifestyles, and build resilient neighbourhoods that celebrate and uplift all members of our community.
