Joanna Brain is the GM of Strategy and Masterplanning at Tāmaki Regeneration Company, where she has led strategic planning and neighbourhood design initiatives since 2013. With a background in business and a Master’s in Property Development and Planning, Jo brings over two decades of experience in urban regeneration, including contributions to the London 2012 Olympic Legacy Programme. Passionate about community-led design and equitable outcomes, Jo is a strong advocate for inclusive development and supporting women in the industry.
