Dominic is the Chief Executive of Housing Foundation, a not-for-profit community housing provider, which assists lower-income working Kiwis own their first home.

Dominic believes the Housing Foundation is unique in NZ, it is an established provider of new affordable housing within blind mixed tenure developments and a leader in the provision of affordable homeownership products for low income renting households.

Dominic's experience is almost entirely in the not for profit and private housing sectors in NZ and the UK. Starting the hard way working on construction sites for his father's development and construction company.

Dominic loves the profound intergenerational impact well designed, healthy and affordable housing has on people and communities.
